Cancellation Policy

At glow up, we value your time and strive to provide a seamless experience. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for both clients and service providers, the following cancellation policy applies:


1. Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 6 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.
  • Cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
  • No-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the service cost.

2. Refunds

  • If you've paid in advance and cancel within the allowed window, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • For late cancellations or no-shows, any applicable charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded.

3. How to Cancel

  • Cancellations can be made directly through the glow up website on the “My Bookings” page.

4. Exceptions

In the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), please contact us. We'll review your situation and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.


5. Service Provider Cancellations

If a service provider cancels your appointment, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
