TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GLOW UP

OVERVIEW This website is operated by Astrum Group Ltd., trading as Glow Up, a digital platform company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ghana, with its registered office at MVQ9+7FM Madina, Accra, Ghana, and company registration number +233505994542, hereinafter referred to as Glow Up. Glow Up offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this Site to you, the User, conditioned upon the acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein. By visiting the Site and/or booking a service through Glow Up, the User engages in this 'Service' and agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions ('Terms'). These Terms apply to all Users of the Site, including vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors. Users are encouraged to read these Terms carefully before accessing or using this platform. Should the User not agree to all the terms and conditions, they may not access the website or use any services. Glow Up reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting updates to this page and its registered users. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. PLATFORM TERMS By using this platform, the User confirms that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent. Users may not use these services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. Providing false identity information or impersonating others is strictly prohibited.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS Glow Up reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Users understand that their content (excluding payment details or information) may be transferred unencrypted over networks. Users agree not to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

4. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS Glow Up reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or pricing at any time without notice. Glow Up shall not be liable for any loss arising from such changes.

5. BOOKINGS AND VENDOR SERVICES Glow Up acts as a facilitator connecting users with independent third-party service providers (“vendors”). Glow Up shall not be liable for the quality, delivery, or outcome of vendor services. Any issues must be resolved directly with the vendor. Glow Up shall not be a party to the contract formed between the user and the vendor.

6. PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION All transactions are processed securely via third-party payment providers such as Paystack. Prices shall be in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) and may include applicable taxes. Glow Up reserves the right to cancel bookings suspected of fraud or suspicious activity. The User agrees to provide accurate and complete account details.

7. OPTIONAL TOOLS Glow Up may offer access to third-party tools provided on an “as is” basis without assuming any liability. Glow Up does not warrant or endorse such tools. Use of these tools is entirely at the discretion and risk of the User.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS This Site may include links to external websites operated by third parties. Glow Up does not control or assume responsibility for the content or practices of these external sites.

9. USER FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS By submitting feedback, suggestions, or other content, the User grants Glow Up a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, modify, publish, and distribute such content. Users further agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.

PROHIBITED USES Users are prohibited from using the Site or services to: • Violate laws or regulations • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Transmit malicious code • Engage in spamming, phishing, or scraping Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Glow Up does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, it disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the platform or vendor services.

14. INDEMNIFICATION Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glow Up and Astrum Group Ltd., their affiliates, officers, assigns, successors, agents and employees, from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

15. SEVERABILITY Where any provision of this agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable.

16. TERMINATION This Agreement shall remain in effect unless terminated by either party. Glow Up reserves the right to terminate User access at any time for non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions contained herein. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Glow Up and supersedes any prior agreements or communications.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana using Ghanaian law.

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes arising out of the use of this Agreement and Services amicably through negotiations before resorting to other forms of dispute resolutions such as litigation.

20. CHANGES TO TERMS Glow Up reserve the right to revise this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes the User’s acceptance of the revised Terms and Agreement.
